Track your order in the app. If a rider is stuck or delayed, message support directly through the app.

How do I request a refund?

Open "Order History" → select your order → choose "Report an Issue".

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, if the rider has not yet collected the order.

How do I contact the rider?

In the order tracking screen, you can chat or call the rider.

Make sure your passport or driving licence photo is clear and readable.
